Free Tracked Delivery (UK) 2-3 Days
- Our Tracked service typically arrives within 2-3 business days at no cost to you.
- We ship orders from Monday to Saturday.
- We always try to ship your order on the same day it is placed.
- If you need your item the next day, please choose one of our Next Day delivery options.
- We do not ship or deliver on Bank holidays.
Express Delivery (UK)- Next Day Delivery
- If you place your order before 1pm , you will receive it the next business day.
- Orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the next business day and delivered the day after that.
- We do not offer delivery on Bank holidays.
International Service:
Postage cost for international purchase will be calculated on the checkout page.
Tracked Delivery (USA)
Our Tracked USA service typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
Tracked Delivery (Europe)
Our Tracked European service typically arrives within 7-10 business days.

Tracked Delivery (Rest of the world)
- Our Rest of the World service typically arrives within 15 business days.
- We process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Our courier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required upon receipt.
- If you are not available to accept the delivery, the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbor or in a safe location. A notice will be left at your door to inform you of this.
- If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the local depot and a note will be left with instructions on how to retrieve it.

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. So, if for any reason you are not, our Returns Policy means that we will exchange or refund your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply follow the instructions below and we will take care of the rest.
HOW TO RETURN TO US:
- Repack the unused item in their original packaging ensuring all labels are attached.
- Complete the Order form, telling us whether you want an exchange or refund. Pop it inside your parcel.
- Post it back to us at: 36 Knightland road, London, e5 9hs, United Kingdom (Return will be covered by the buyer)
Returns will be processed within 7 days. Exchange only applies to the same item in a different size or colour.
The Platinum Tailor reserves the right to refuse any return if any of the above conditions are not adhered to.
