The black-on-black combination is the most versatile version of our covert overcoat. Black wool, black velvet collar, black satin lining: a coat that reads as completely serious, sharp, and intentional. No colour contrast, no distraction, just pure, clean British tailoring in its most understated form. This is the version customers reach for when they need the coat to work absolutely everywhere without drawing attention to itself.
Cut from a 70% wool and 5% cashmere blend, it shares the same quality and construction as our red-lining version but with a quieter character. Office, funeral, board meeting, wedding, commute, it belongs everywhere. The velvet collar still delivers that signature texture contrast at the neckline, elevating it firmly above a plain overcoat. At 44 inches, the silhouette is long, lean, and exactly right.

We want you to be completely happy with your Platinum Tailor coat. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy on all orders — whether you'd like an exchange or a full refund.
What can be returned
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and unused, in their original condition
- In their original packaging with all labels still attached
Items that have been worn, altered, or are missing original tags cannot be accepted for return.
How to return your order
- Download and print the returns form below. Complete it and include it inside your package.
- Repack the item carefully in its original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached.
- Ship the package to the appropriate return address below. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your coat for a different size or style, follow the same returns process above and indicate your preferred exchange item on the returns form. Exchanges are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.

Black Wool Cashmere Covert Overcoat With Black Lining
I ordered a size 46 camel order number 4552 but I sent it back as it was too big and I asked for size 44. unfortunately size 44 is out of stock. I decided to wait couple of days if still out of stock then I will ask for refund. I am disappointed.
Very happy with my coat and the delivery of it
Bought an overcoat for Christmas for my husband, delivery was extremely fast and he loves the coat, very happy 5 stars!!!
Very well made and fitting jacket. I cannot believe how soft it is with the cashmere for what it cost, I’ve personally paid a lot more for overcoats that aren’t to this quality. Highly recommended- A must have for any gentleman’s wardrobe.
