Cut from a premium blend of 70% wool, 25% polyester, and 5% cashmere, it delivers genuine warmth without bulk, and a structured shape that holds its form all day. The traditional black velvet cotton collar is the defining detail: a texture contrast that frames the neckline and speaks directly to heritage craftsmanship. We want you to be completely happy with your Platinum Tailor coat. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy on all orders — whether you'd like an exchange or a full refund.

What can be returned

Items are eligible for return if they are:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
Unworn and unused, in their original condition
In their original packaging with all labels still attached

Items that have been worn, altered, or are missing original tags cannot be accepted for return.

How to return your order

Download and print the returns form below. Complete it and include it inside your package.
Repack the item carefully in its original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached.
Ship the package to the appropriate return address below. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
