- Repack the unused item in their original packaging ensuring all labels are attached.
- Complete the Order form, telling us whether you want an exchange or refund. Pop it inside your parcel.
- Post it back to us at: 36 Knightland road, London, e5 9hs, United Kingdom (Return will be covered by the buyer)
Returns will be processed within 7 days. Exchange only applies to the same item in a different size or colour.
The Platinum Tailor reserves the right to refuse any return if any of the above conditions are not adhered to.

Yeah great quality I would to mention whatever size you normally get from a shop I would suggest at least get one size below and that fits me better. But great service received.

Excellent company with Excellent customer service, I bought a cromby coat from them but i ordered the wrong size, sent back and replaced with new size straight away with no extra cost for sending the new one, coat is excellent quality, really couldn't ask for more and would highly recommend this company.
The overcoat that I purchased is of absolute Top Quality, and is amazing value at the price I paid. The customer service and delivery time were second to none, and I am very happy with my coat.
